Terms and Conditions 10cuci – Platform Usage Rules

1. Account Eligibility

To register and use 10cuci services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with 10cuci.
• You may not be located in a country or territory where the use of online gambling services is prohibited by local law.
• You must use this platform for personal and entertainment purposes only, not for professional or commercial purposes.
• You may not hold more than one active account on the 10cuci platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

10cuci reserves the right to request identity verification at any time through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Failure to provide the required verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in the freezing or closure of your account.

2. Registration and Account Security

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes but is not limited to:

• Full name as recorded in official identification documents
• A valid and active email address
• Contactable mobile phone number
• Accurate date of birth for age verification
• Current residential address

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity carried out through your account will be deemed authorized by you. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, you must notify 10cuci immediately through the official customer support channel.

10cuci strictly prohibits account sharing with any other individual. You may not allow others to use your account or transfer your account to a third party. Violation of this rule will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all existing balances.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using a valid payment method registered in your own name. 10cuci does not accept deposits from third-party bank accounts or e-wallets. Accepted payment methods include:

• Online bank transfer via FPX
• DuitNow (instant transfer)
• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• Boost
• GrabPay

The minimum deposit is RM30 for the first deposit and RM20 for subsequent deposits. There is no maximum deposit limit, however transactions exceeding RM10,000 at one time may require additional verification to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your 10cuci account. The minimum withdrawal is RM50 and the maximum daily withdrawal is RM50,000 for standard members. Higher withdrawal limits are available for VIP members according to their tier.

All withdrawal requests will be processed within 15 to 30 minutes during operating hours. First-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding certain amounts may require additional identity verification before approval. Processing times may be longer on weekends or public holidays.

Before a withdrawal can be made, the turnover requirements for any claimed bonus must be fully completed. 10cuci reserves the right to withhold withdrawals if there is evidence of suspicious activity, fraud, or violation of terms and conditions.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

10cuci offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, daily rebates, weekly cashback, and a loyalty program. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each promotion.

Turnover Requirement

Each bonus has turnover requirements that must be met before winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Turnover requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount received and will be clearly stated in the related promotion terms. For example, a bonus with a 15x turnover requirement means you need to place bets worth 15 times the bonus amount before a withdrawal can be made.

Bonus Cap

The maximum winnings that can be withdrawn from a bonus may be capped depending on the bonus type. Any amount exceeding the cap will be automatically forfeited once the turnover requirement is met. Players may only claim one active bonus at a time unless otherwise stated.

10cuci reserves the right to void any bonuses and related winnings if there is evidence of bonus system abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using low-risk wagering strategies solely to meet turnover requirements, or colluding with other players.

5. Game Rules

All games offered on the 10cuci platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to ensure game outcomes are random and fair. Any attempt to manipulate games, exploit system bugs, or use third-party software to gain an advantage is strictly prohibited.

Pending Bets and Cancellations

Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified. However, 10cuci reserves the right to cancel or correct any bet placed as a result of technical errors, incorrectly displayed odds, or any obvious mistake. In such cases, the original bet amount will be returned to the player's account.

Prohibited Activities

• Using bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to play
• Collusion or cooperation with other players to manipulate outcomes
• Exploiting vulnerabilities or bugs in the gaming system
• Betting arbitrage or wagering strategies considered to be in breach of fair trading practices
• Syndicate betting or group betting without authorization

If 10cuci detects any suspected fraudulent activity or manipulation, we reserve the right to investigate the relevant account, freeze balances, void bets and winnings, and close the account without prior notice.

6. Player Responsibilities

You acknowledge that use of the 10cuci platform is entirely at your own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure that participation in online gambling activities is legal in your jurisdiction. 10cuci is not liable if use of our services violates local laws in your location.

7. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support. Any valid balance in your account will be returned to you after all active bets are settled and bonus turnover requirements are met.

10cuci reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have violated any of these terms and conditions
• You have engaged in fraudulent or dishonest activity
• You provided false or misleading information during registration
• Your account has been used for money laundering or terrorism financing activities
• You have abused the bonus or promotions system
• Your continued use of the platform poses a risk to 10cuci or other players

In the event of account termination due to a terms violation, 10cuci reserves the right to forfeit any balances, bonuses, and winnings in your account. 10cuci's decision regarding account closure is final and binding.

8. Limitation of Liability

10cuci operates with best efforts to keep the platform running smoothly and securely. However, we do not guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption, fully protected from cyber threats, or free from errors.

10cuci is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Technical disruptions, server failures, or network issues beyond our control
• Third-party failures such as game providers or payment processors
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure
• Delays or failures in transaction processing due to issues with your financial institution
• Loss of data or information due to extraordinary events beyond our control

10cuci's maximum liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the use of this platform is limited to the amount you have deposited into your account within the 30 days prior to the incident giving rise to such claim.
